    Pros

Benefits such as free admission, meeting new people, dealing with guests and getting people skills.

    Cons

No overtime unless you hit 52 hours (at which point, they will make sure you DO NOT work more than that for the week).
Schedulers can be completely incompetent at their jobs.
Management (ie, Lead, Supervisors) is picked mostly through favoritism, rarely based on merit. You'll often deal with supervisors and leads who are poor at their job.
Reward program is a complete joke (I'm talking Red Dot Rewards). You might bust your butt every day for weeks straight and never have a supervisor give you a red dot. It all depends on who your supervisor is.

    Advice to Management

Only promote people if you know they're going to do a good job in their position. If they are lazy and sit around or act slowly and just don't care about their job or the guests at all, don't freaking promote them.

  2. "Great if your a teenager wouldnt stay past the age of 20."

    Pros

You get free entry with a guest into there or hurricane harbor, also discount on food constantly a fun atmosphere.

    Cons

You basically have a group of nerdy teenagers who take there jobs way too seriously telling you what to do.

    Advice to Management

Should not be so strict on the little things also very fast to fire people often good employees just for being late.
