Pros

Free entrance to park as well as no limit on hours worked. Also they give the impression your going to make lots of friends!

Cons

You end up working there way to much, and management pressures you into staying beyond your designated time. Also there is no free time. Takes to much time to get there and get home, you end up spending all free time in commute.

Advice to Management

You need to treat your employees with more respect and support than criticism

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Great sense of camaraderie among employees, nice coworkers, fun employee events, ride parties, free tickets, sense of belonging, discounts, parties, a job for everyone, room for growth, working in a "fun enviroment"

    Cons

High turnover, some departments are better than others, low pay, strict rules regarding attendance (1 minute late and 1 hour late are the same thing), miscommunication between management levels, poor training, lots of backstabbing, hours can be too little or too much, no sense of tenure, expensive and gross employee food, working in all weather elements, unsavory park guests, still penalized for calling out sick with doctors notes

    Advice to Management

Treat employees who have worked for the company a long time with a little more kindness and tenure than fly-by-night employees who get themselves fired in a week. Take into consideration that being late 1-2 minutes is different from 10-20 minutes. Do not penalize employees who have to take off work without notice for funerals/being sick/etc. Do not take advantage of long time employees. Make perks for staying with the company, such as free season passes for family, free meals on breaks, and bonuses.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

You get to enter the park and ride the rides for free.

    Cons

They pay you next to nothing and expect a lot of loyalty.

    Advice to Management

If you understand that someone is entering your organization to advance within your organization, don't treat them like a 16 year old high school kid.
