I worked at Six Flags full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Pay. Work Life Balance. Benefits and discounts into park.

    Cons

No structure with on boarding or training

    Advice to Management

Become concerned with new employees training into Park operations. More involvement in new people instead of ignoring them and then firing them for no good reason.

I worked at Six Flags part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Worked with a great team. Free admission to the park with ID, in-park discounts. Got to work with guests at a personal level.

    Cons

Management is disorganized, does not listen to or care about seasonal employees.

    Advice to Management

Learn to take care and help your seasonal employees. They are your backbone but you have no respect for them.
