I worked at Six Flags full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Never a shortage of hours to work and good conditions with ample down time. Definitely and exciting place to work during the summer.

Cons

Very hard to get time off, and not very accommodating with sick time.

I have been working at Six Flags part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great opportunities provided, meeting new people, working with a close team, free admission, able to get tickets for friends and bring a friend each time you go, discount throughout the park

    Cons

Long hours (up to 80 hours/week), stressful situations, working more than 5/6 days straight, sometimes only one break is given for a 16 hour work day

    Advice to Management

Cut hours to give people some time to themselves and get away from the stress, hire more people to ensure that employees don't have to work more than 5 days a week
