People are helpful. Little training is provided but you nees to do some work on your own. Good projects to work on for learning and career growth. Leadership and project managers are helpful if you need help qith work and dont pick on you if you make mistakes. Opportunity to learn Structural Engineer softwares. The work place environment is relaxed and not too fast paced. Summers hours are provided where every other friday is off. Breakfast is provided every Friday. Job security because company is getting alot of projects. Friendly job environment. If you work hard ans show it, you will be rewarded by extra bonuses and salary increase.

Sometimes working weekends when there is project deadlines and when alot of work needs to be completed.
