Pros
Met some incredible people who are amazing at their job (shout out to the Prescribers, growth and tech team!)
Cons
When your therapist tells you that your working environment is 'dangerously toxic' and they're concerned for yours and your fellow employees safety, you know it's bad. Awful culture, poor management and a complete disregard for the mental health of their employees; just a few of the numerous reasons this company needs a complete over-haul in how they treat their staff and customers. It also felt extremely immoral working here, especially after asking whether we wanted to provide good customer service or to answer as many emails as possible - 'We focus on the number of emails you send'. Treatment of female employees also really unsettling. All the lowest paid employees were female (which we learned after being called low-paid agents to our face), and there was a boys club at the top of the company hierarchy who were allowed to break every rule in place and use language others were disciplined for. If you don't feel like being gaslit or gaslighting customers, avoid Skin + Me (for now).
