They spend quite a lot of money on food for you to snack on throughout the day but I have come to realise this is to compensate for how poorly you are treated

I remember receiving the warmest welcome ever, thinking “finally, an office environment with no toxicity, is well run and doesn’t take it out on employees if it is not”… I couldn’t have been more wrong. The whole sunshine image is a complete farce. This company thrives on running your mental health as an employee into the ground - it costs you your work-life balance and for what? The money isn’t even that good. Such a sad, sad place. Worst of all, no dermatological integrity whatsoever. This place really does not care about their customers which makes me so sad because at the end of the day these people really just want to get rid of the acne which has been burdening them physically and psychologically, but all Skin + Me do is rinse them dry of their money. So disappointing
