IT dept is very sio - peopledont stay long - too many contractors - dull office

Need major changes to make permanent staff trust management and to refrain staff from leaving

    I thought long and hard and found non

    Utter lack of values:

    Favoritism
    Nepotism
    Sexism
    Arrogance
    Incompetence
    Ignorance
    Vindictiveness
    Discrimination
    Bulling

    Plus the brand is not know internationally!

    Advice to Management

    Change management and bring some fresh blood

    I have been working at Sky full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Diverse company, lots of things going on. If you're on your feet you can move about and gain that experience
    Great gig for freelancers

    Cons

    Buildings are terrible
    No training (none, at all... )
    Very very poor pay. Salary reviews are basically crap (if you start here, join high!)
    Contractors out number you 20:1
    Location is terrible
    Career progression is non-existent
    Arrogant management

    Advice to Management

    Quit
