I worked at Sky full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Really good benefits, full sky package, relatively good wage compared to other call centre companies.
Generally very supportive management (though I have heard this is not necessarily the case for all centres).
Great food & recreational activities available onsite
    Very good parties and events

    Cons

Constant updating of systems and processes.
Very mundane work, but not to any fault of the employer.
Not really much opportunity for career progression. They offer an experience course for customer service agents to fulfill the role of a customer experience manager, though this very rarely leads to promotion opportunities as it seems sky would usually rather employ managers externally, so this scheme typically ends up being nothing more than a clever way of getting advisors to fulfil a managers role for no extra pay

  2. "good company to work for with benefits"
