I worked at Sky full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Free Sky
    Constant flow of work
    Facilities are good
End user IT systems are good
Very smart people at the top
    Great brand recognition
Pays well and good redundancy package

    Cons

A LOT of politics at all levels. Very frustrating when you don't know why some nonsensical descisions are made.

Very little is written down in some departments. Some teams get away with 'that's not important, just get on and do the work'.

Sometines decisions can be driven by the finance teams rather theb the actual department.

Some terrible managers getting up to some mischief. Often allowed to fester until they become an issue due to the political culture.

    Advice to Management

Encourage a culture of long term planning within the lower ranks. Focus on maturing as an organisation.

  2. "Great place to work"

    Great atmosphere to work in.
    A company with great ethics.

    Cons

There isn't much in Osterley, but this is tolerable if you prefer to drive/live out West

    Advice to Management

    Thanks!
