Cons
So so many cons, CEO is a classic narcissist and a bully, this has to be the most unprofessionally ran company I have ever worked with. The 5 star reviews are all fake as he couldn't stand that the company was below 3 stars on Glass Door so he had people write fake 5 star reviews. Over the past two years they have hired people from good jobs only to either fire them or lay them off months later leaving the without a job. They just laid off 1/2 their work force and honestly it appears their future is questionable.

Expect long hours during peak seasons.... trying to perfect ideas takes time and countless changes...to make them right... you need a thick skin & a sense of humor!!

Pros
Talented, hard working people at the bottom of the pay scale.
Cons
It was just a mess. The disparity in income and work-life ridiculous. They hired really good talent, then fired them less than a year later on a whim. Projects were always late and they resisted any kind of strong scheduling or push. Having food in the office, cupcakes for birthdays, etc.. are not good enough to outweigh the bad. I think they'll sell or disband within the next year or two.
