Cons
too many cons unfortunately.. I’ve spent a few years at the company and during this time I’ve seen so many people hired and fired quickly after. The company lacks strategy, vision and the CEO is making everything worse. During covid they laid off more than half of the company, but it was not because of the current state of economy in the country, but because of extremely poor business decisions and crazy impulsiveness of the CEO. He doesn’t trust anyone but himself and will never listen to any opinion or idea that is not his own. He doesn’t even trust the other owner, nor any of other founders that have been there with him since the beginning. It’s a very unprofessional, unequal and toxic environment. If you have any other choice, DO NOT come work here. Their future is very questionable anyway. Also, most of the 5 star reviews are fake (everyone at the company knows) and the free snacks that are mentioned here so often, they are not that amazing..

Pros
Great group ... everyone doing their best to be their best.. Yes there are challenges - but this special group of people do what it takes to meet them.. and along the way - we have some fun!!
Cons
Expect long hours during peak seasons.... trying to perfect ideas takes time and countless changes...to make them right... you need a thick skin & a sense of humor!!

Pros
Talented, hard working people at the bottom of the pay scale.
Cons
It was just a mess. The disparity in income and work-life ridiculous. They hired really good talent, then fired them less than a year later on a whim. Projects were always late and they resisted any kind of strong scheduling or push. Having food in the office, cupcakes for birthdays, etc.. are not good enough to outweigh the bad. I think they'll sell or disband within the next year or two.
