Pros

Interesting culture, friendly people, sometimes exciting work.

Cons

Poor / lack of management, less than average benifits & PTO, left out of company events and rewards, short staffing basic services means more work for everyone.

Advice to Management

Stop acting like a little comapany jumping over dollars to pick up dimes at staffs expense. Pay bills on time, honor your word.

    Pros

the other employees are amazing. one of the smartest groups I ever worked with. there is amazing talent among the employees

    Cons

When let go, not one promise was followed thru. I didn't receive severance, as promised, no continued insurance coverage as promised and they still have not paid my bonus that I EARNED last year. Once again, it has been promised over and over but they have yet to pay it.

    Advice to Management

stand up for your employees, don't sell out. follow thru with your promises. If you don't plan on doing something, don't promise it to begin with.
