Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Sleepy's full-time (More than 8 years)

Pros

Decent hours, good employee discount, nice restaurant on the first floor.

Cons

Terrible business ethic, fires for no reason, fear to keep a job, they tolerate customer abuse, no stability, horrible turnover.

Advice to Management

Stop firing people. Over 50 people fired since January, only 2 were hired. You keep shoving overtime down our throats, but we are TIRED. 5 managers were fired this week alone. People are scared to work for you. Enough is enough.

    I worked at Sleepy's full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Awesome sales training for new hires that is very engaging. Ability to continually gain thorough knowledge of products, features and benefits.

    Cons

Many customers realize sales rotation and marketing ploy. Too many stores in local area puts competition in over-drive. Too few customers during lag in major sales events. Lack of work/life balance. Management unreluctant to consistently support sales staff.

    Advice to Management

Need to cease parroting upper management and support realistic expectations of sales staff.
