    Pros

    This company is a great place to grow in your career and provides the opportunity to work with smart people in a global team environment. Smaato is quickly evolving to stay ahead of the curve and if you are willing lean in and put your best foot forward -- you will be rewarded. -Good culture & great people -Flexible with remote work -401K Match -Flat organization / startup environment -Free lunches & snack bar (pre COVID) -Office on the highest commercial floor of the Empire State Building coupled with a panoramic view of the city.

    Cons

    Smaato has had to go through changes in leadership and strategy over the past three years. The last CEO introduced numerous initiatives and folks have been putting in long hours to get to where we are today.

    Most peers were friendly and helpful

    Cons

    - Senior management is micromanaging. The engineering need to record your day to day down to minutes. - CEO is a dictator - Do not respect employees' personal time. The management would embrace the 996 culture if they can. - high turn over rate and under staffing.
