It's hard to make it work on your resume because you are always working somewhere different

Pros

-Easy to get hired into a position with "IT" or "Support" in the title. -Commute to my particular client was very short. -Staff at the client site I worked at was generally pleasant (aside from the CEO, but that isn't SmartTalent's fault).

Cons

-Don't expect to be doing what your title says. -Recruiter team is deceptive/manipulative and will bend the wording of what you said you were looking for in a position to match anything they want. -I and other contractors for SmartTalent doing the exact same work had different titles, ranging from Assembly Technician to Systems Engineer. This included dramatically different and unfair gaps in salary, especially for individuals who renewed their contracts for several years and didn't renegotiate pay. Obviously this is problematic for the resume when all the technical experience your Systems Engineer has is plugging in labelled cables and turning screws.
