People in the company are wonderful and very intelligent. Lots of resources and teams to help you.
Cons
You are handed a lot of accounts that other CSMs dont want to work with for one reason or another. You'll begin your CSM career there with challenging accounts, accounts that are on fire, and/or are very difficult putting you in a tricky position.

There is a balanced system in place that takes into account many factors.
