      Pros

      Great company when I started. Smiths Group and HR are fantastic and some great engineering talent.

      Cons

      Sales team generally treated very poorly, bonuses unobtainable! report after report instead of real F2F business development. Unhappy workforce and no one cares! Made to feel expendable.
