    Worrk life Balance is good, good group of people around you

    Cons

    Very poor benefits, merit raise can be years in between, senior execs fly business while no one else does even on long haul trips,no stock options, not too much movement for job oops, expense control can go overboard

    Advice to Management

    Let staff make decisions, treat staff by valuing them

    Pros

    I have learned a lot by observing the poor management, it is actually entertaining now...

    Cons

    Management and the way they treat employees, it is a company that doesn't care. The compensation plan is designed to withhold commission. The territory state and commision plan are misrepresented during the interview process.

    Advice to Management

    It takes employees to run a company....everyone is leaving and new hires arn't staying. Take a step back and reward your hard working employees.
