I worked at Smokey Bones Bar and Fire Grill part-time (More than a year)

Pros

I loved the feeling of working at Smokey Bones. The energy was high, our brand felt young and lively, there was a great atmosphere and definitely an awesome clientele for the most part.

Cons

The coupons that started rolling out more and more frequently as the months went by really hurt the servers' tips and the atmosphere of the whole restaurant. It was hard to keep up an awesome standard of service when folks were coming in with BOGO coupons for full entrees and the kitchen had to struggle to keep up with the influx, when hardly any money was being spent by the customer.

    Pros

You can be yourself and not be told how you can and can't act. Which for some people causes problems.

    Cons

Too much management change and no experience for management.
