Poor down flow of communication within Regional System.Middle management not always clear or informed by the regional leaders on current issues or facts.

Snap-on Tools is a very unique, and has been a family oriented business with regards to employees best interest and growth.With the change of time and the new systems and people brought into the Snap-on system without the experience of being in the trenchs first is starting to take affect on the true leadership down falls of a Great Core Company

    Pros

    Set your own schedule, good base salary, excellent benefits, tremendous financial growth potential.

    Cons

    Very demanding schedule. A great deal of traveling ( no company car provided). Difficult position to succeed at if you have a family, because it requires about 90% of your waking hours. Ridiculous amount of meetings in multiple locations and at all hours of the day.

    Advice to Management

    Reduce the amount of meetings
