      Pros

      Start up environment so if you work long hours you can get experience in lots of different areas.

      Cons

      Sexism is rife. Theory is that locations spread across the globe will provide 24/7 coverage. Reality is that everyone is expected to be "on" 24/7 - there is no cross training. Managers sometimes don't know what their own teams actually do. Senior management constantly contradict each other. Direction changes a couple of times per year, making goals meaningless.

      The Snipp folks are committed to success, are smart, friendly and all around good people to work for.

      Cons

      Could have more in person meetings to develop more camaraderie between teams.

      Pros

      Nimble company with very excited CEO who is terrific at getting in front of the media and out on the road. He's also caring and tough. Very strong hires across the company. Interesting product, diverse locations, work-from home possibilities, goals well communicated.

      Cons

      A small company partly working from home and multiple continents can undermine a team mentality and staff naturally silos to their work group. Feedback loops are not consistently working. Technology needs updates, and is held static due to legacy employees. Employees are not encouraged to, even discouraged from, seeking mentorship or support within the company. These are challenges that are fixable.
