Pros

Support- I've been in the workforce to include military and civilian, for over forty years and SoBran has by far been the most supportive employer I've had. They don't simply pay you to come to work, they care about you. They care if you are sick, they care if you have a family emergency, and they care about your feedback. If you are looking for a company that "has your back", this is the one. No micro-managing. My Program Manager and SoBran leadership trust in my abilities to manage my crew but are right there if I need assistance or advice. Safety is number one. Quality safety shoes and safety gear provided. It isn't required to provide it, they want their employees to be as safe as possible. Not only do they possess a commitment to their employees and to community, they encourage employees to get involved. They support employee recognition, not only with Helping Hands, Employee of the Month, On-The-Spot Awards, company events, but the leadership doesn't paint a line between them and the employees....we are one team, one family. Integrity, service, and excellence are SoBran's values, and I see it everyday I'm Blessed to be a part of it.

Cons

As it is with all contractor work, you must rely on your contract being renewed. Thankfully, where I've been, SoBran has made it possible to have a crew of happy, content people which has made our performance shine to the hiring organization. Hopefully that plays a part when it's time to renew.

Pros

There is nothing positive about this company.

Cons

Worst company ever. Narcissistic CEO with a crazy support structure at the corporate level. The CEO actually believes OJ is innocent and he is the dumbest rich man I have ever known. The CEO wears fancy suits in the hope that he is fooling people into thinking he is smart. He plays the victim as well and thinks every business failure is because people are racist against him when they really just know he is stupid. Amos believes himself to be a black Bill Gates. Avoid SoBran at all costs.
