    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

In my specific job (A/R Accountant) everyone would leave by 4:30-5 so there was no pressure to stay after work to make a good impression. The job itself was quite simple. If you don't actually want lots to do and dont want to be soo busy all the time, which I didn't, this was a fairly decent place for that.

    Cons

My specific temp supervisor was a bit annoying but she was new, apparently everyone was quite annoyed with her, and she sat next to me which made it difficult.

    Advice to Management

    More feedback would've been nice.

  2. "Good environment - poor starting pay."

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

You recieve a 1.00 an hour raise evey 1000 hours. This means you will eventually have good pay but it will take a bit of time to get there.

    Cons

Starting pay is low. Wish the starting pay was better or your first raises came faster in order to intice people to stay.

    Advice to Management

Make the first pay raise applicable after the 3 month probationary period - a good 2.00 raise than start your raise scale by hours.
