I worked at Sodexo part-time (More than a year)

Pros

The hours are flexible and you meet plenty of new people. The pay is better than work-study jobs.

Cons

The hours can be rather long and endless customer service can wear your soul down.
Some of the people that you get to work with (temporary employees for example) don't care much about their work and as such do not work hard.

Advice to Management

Keep on keeping on. But, make sure that keep recognizing talent before they become too disheartened to want to stay.

I worked at Sodexo part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

You learn how to perfect your customer service, what goes into working a unit, and more administrative details versus being a regular food service worker.

    Cons

You learn as much as you want to learn. That is to say, if you do not want to put your all into the job, then the job feels like hell.

    Advice to Management

Stepping back and letting go of responsibility is also a way to encourage certain people to step up.
