Consistent work schedule. Room to move around to other parts of NSA.

Low Pay. Consistently Understaffed. Managers Abuse Employees! Manager's unprofessional, degrading employees, offering no assistance. There was no Human Resources! Once hired, they quit almost immediately!

No clinical career ladder. Very low salary cap. No bonus or increase in pay based on how many KPI's or projects you complete annually.
