Company with Full of illegal activities - Senior Test Automation Engineer Softcrylic Employee Review

This is company forcing all the employees to write reviews and they have a team to force the employees to write reviews and review them. This company still operates in high school manner. They are 10 years behind the updates. Still forces employees to spend 9 hours biometric and 7 hours active hours infront of system. Too many politics and one guy in offshore is leading the company in total wrong way. He kept all the departments under him and playing vengeful politics. No respect to employees. They decide our reviews, they decide our expenses, they decide our skill set intrests. Can work only if you bend and compromise for everything. PS. THERE WILL A HIGH VOLUME OF POSITIVE REVIEWS FLOATING AROUND IN COUPLE OF WEEKS AND ALL THESE ARE BY COMPANY FORCING AND RECORDING THE REVIEWS. THEY WILL NEVER REALISE OR WORK TO GET POSITIVE RESULTS. INSTEAD THEY ARE HAPPY WITH OTHER WAY. USING COMPANY FORCE.
