      Work from home and good coworkers.

      Cons

      Lack of proper employee orientation. You have to wait until last minute of pay period to get your paycheck. Healthcare benefits not the best. I filled out health care forms online, only to be met with additional paper forms which were sent out via email a week later.

      Pros

      You can completely reinvent your career - and you may have to in order to keep your job.

      Cons

      Grossly underpays for positions. Roles are siloed extremely tightly - everyone reports to the boss, and no one is allowed to talk to one another about anything unless absolutely necessary to complete their own work. Collaboration is non-existent, and the boss is extremely paranoid about corporate espionage.
