Hi - really appreciate you sharing your comments and feedback and great to see you felt the management teams and leadership were on the whole supportive. One of the upsides of our culture is our ability to adapt and change direction quickly when needed - in response to customers, the market conditions and any number of key factors. This is also means from learning where through our failiures and if one direction is not working then reviewing why and taking corrective action.
