Pros

I worked with Softworld for three months and found them friendly, competant, and appreciative of my efforts for their client.

They paid for some of my parking, but not all.

They paid promptly and without issues, and invoicing was simple.

They took me to lunch after a few weeks.

Cons

Considering the glowing reviews I got from their client, I was a little surprised they didn't make much effort to find other work for me. I didn't hear about an opportunity for 6 months and yet I live near DC, which has hundreds of similar openings a month.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work and do more to find work for consultants who've done a great job for you.

I have been working at Softworld full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Softworld has a great training program with 4 weeks of some of the best career and personal guidance out there. The company itself is heavily invested in being as honest and straight forward with those they interact with as possible.

    -Great work environment
-Strong opportunities for personal and professional growth
    - Comfortable and accepting atmosphere

    Cons

There are none to speak of. The only cons that would come out of working here would be the work itself.

Ex. If you sign up to be an accountant and you don't like accounting, it doesn't matter where you're doing it, you're going to have a poor experience there.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing. The management is so receptive of feedback and open to providing it as well at any time of the day.
