    Pros

Good exposure to many types of businesses
    Great way to get experience

    Cons

They will pay you as little as possible
Doing a good job doesn't get you a raise/promotion; being valuable on an engagement and having another offer of employment does.

    Advice to Management

Show consultants that you know about their work, and proactively target people for promotions/raises

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Professional growth program is generous, 10K tuition reimbursement
Counselor program works well for me
They don't throw their consultants "under the bus" when a client or project goes south
Fun and smart people, diversity embraced.
Overall, high integrity and professional methods

    Cons

They don't pay to keep their talent
Evaluation program needs refinement; some clients give perfect scores for nothing, some never would even if you moved mountains for them. it's the luck of the draw and it costs consultants.
Sales are emphasized, yet nurturing relationships that make sales stick is not.

    Advice to Management

Put your money where your mouth is; follow through on investments to improve consulting infrastructure rather than attempting to do it on the cheap and tapping into the good will of your decicated employees. Do an honest ROI and go for it, or not.
