      Work from home, lazy management, no reviews, so 1 person can do everything while others chill. not for you if you own tickets end-to-end

      Cons

      - no financial growth - incompetent management (no team or product knowledge) - Company policies on internal promotions are there to keep you stuck in the same place - No accountability from HR, no empathy from sales

      Great technology with AI. Lots of Data to work with so can definitely come up with innovative solutions. Work was exciting.

      Some older code platforms that need to be re-written. Need more collaboration between groups.
