    Pros

I work internally at Solomon Page.

Working here provides a very unique perspective. With 14 different service offerings, you have the opportunity to learn about many different business areas from subject matter experts in their field.

Management is supportive and helps you to develop your career in a variety of ways to best suit your interests.

Although it is a large company, everyone is friendly and knows each other across the different divisions. Many of the senior executives have been with Solomon Page for over a decade and have longstanding relationships with other employees here, which creates a nice community feeling.

Days are often fast-paced, and I nearly always leave the office feeling accomplished. It's the type of environment where you can really see the impact of your efforts, which is rewarding on a personal and professional level.

    Cons

Sometimes operations can vary greatly between the different divisions.
