Pros

Its Management first startup so please bear if they doesn't know how to run it, no supervision as there is no one to supervise, good company to earn some money but not for long term growth

Cons

there is no vision of the company, extreme work load specially in frontend, product decides timeline using imaginary time, people don't understand half of the technology they are working, also they don't do full and final settlement.

Pros

If you are good at open source then this place has a lot to offer, It is meant for builders rather than sde's. As an engineer this place uses latest tech and up to date technologies. Latest devops practises as well. Most apt use case of Time-Series database within the company. If you are an Individual contributor(IC) and like to think design and implement your solutions on scale this place might be interesting for you. we get work from home policy and leaves every month which makes this place a little more balanced. Overall, all places have pros and cons but I found it a good place for professional and work driven problem solvers. The work can be overwhelming but I mention it in pros because the work experience and the problems we get to solve in backend is great. A good devteam. Join if you are up for high leadership roles.

Cons

Work is top priority, but is not an issue if you are productive. High Pressure. freedom to work at your own pace, but the deadlines are strict.
