      Still has a good reputation in Belgium

      Cons

      Difficult market, company downsizing, no good benefits, no career plan, boring work, not challenging, decision decentralized, processes are not standard across the company, not a company to stay in the long term.

      I have no pros that I can think of

      Cons

      I was actually let go in 2019. It would not let me scroll in the drop down for the year. I was let go after returning from short term disability. The only time I ever was on short term disability in 11 years. My lawyer told me I could sue and would more than likely win. I chose not to.
