      Good support system, wonderful co workers, always room for advancement.

      I really dont think there are any cons. If something is a con, you just have to discuss with a supervisor, and it becomes solved.

      Pros

      Somnia is a great place to work. There’s strong support from both local and regional leadership, and the teamwork is exceptional. It truly feels like a second family within the clinical setting.

      No innovation, ancient processes like manual billing, accounting, etc. No innovation, and anti-tech department.
