Pros

They offer higher pay than other fast food chains and you get to spend alot of time outdoors if you're a carhop. The CEO is one of the better ones in the industry as well.

Cons

Managers in my experience at least have major disagreements on how to prepare orders for takeout and blame the employees when something gets made a way they personally dislike. So lack of consistency. Additionally the number of orders and the speed at which they're expected to be made can be extremely taxing.
