Cons

-My coworkers were not incredibly ambitious or passionate about their work, which at times was annoying to me.
-Corporate services like HR and IT could be really slow to get things done
-Limited ability to move around within the company for tech people

    Cons

Limited career paths and more work has has been piled on the recent years. Currently there does not seem to be solution to keep quality employees.
