I have been working at Soshace full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Remote work. - No strict requirements on schedule. - Wide choice of good projects. - Technology stack is based on modern frameworks = new experience and professional growth. - Rates higher than average in Russia. - Many financial and organizational questions may be resolved by managers. - English practice is a natural bonus Overall conditions are great for ex-freelancers who are used to work on outsourcing....

    Cons

    - Time tracker may be uncomfortable for developers who used to work without it. - Requires some additional unpaid activities to manage your business (taxes, documents). Interviews with potential clients also take time. - No paid vacations. - Some work processes are not regulated by Soshace and must be negotiated directly with clients. Hence comfort of work may vary on different projects depending on client's requirements....

    Advice to Management

Try to improve management strategies to reduce potential "downtime" for developers. Timeout between first interview in Soshace and first real income is quite long. Keep up a good work!

I have been working at Soshace full-time for more than a year

      Pros

Interview process was very smooth. They get me a client to work within less than a month, so I was able to start working quickly. The person they assigned to me to address any possible issues was always trying to help out when I needed to. Payments are done in time, with no delays what so ever. Other developers from Soshace on my assign project were very helpful to me and always open to help or solve any doubts.

      Cons

Been working for over 4 months now, and as of now, I do not have anything to complain about.
