Continue readingDear Reviewer, Thanks for the quick review! We do have a pretty awesome group that we like to explore Nashville with, don't we! Your advice to Management cracked us up and we agree that we definitely need to invest in a bigger kitchen/coat rack area for everyone! Keep up your great work and we'll set some goals with the team to make this possible! Sincerely, South Inc Nashville Management Team

Hannah is almost as awesome as the opportunity. The work environment is great, promotions are merit based, and I feel like apart of Hannah's family.
Cons
Not for the person who wants to slack at work.

Easily Misleading--MAKE SURE you know what you are getting in to

1. There are some cool people and the leaders really do want to see you succeed. 2. There are a lot of team extracurriculars like team nights, game nights, hangouts, etc.
Cons
1. You are not guaranteed any money. 2. Extremely unprofessional work environment in the office. Leaders and management use offensive language and cuss like it's a frat house. 3. Management and leaders sell the job like it is the best thing ever and that you can make great money if you put in the work but in reality, that is only the case if you stick with it for more than 1-2 years. 4. The work days consist of training and team meetings at the office from 7:30-9:30am and then going out into the field (business to business) from 9:30/10:00 until 6 at night. You drive around business to business on your own gas and racking up miles on your own car and many days you don't even make a buck.
