      Actual clinical work (individual therapy and groups) was rewarding, worked with experienced therapists

      Cons

      Steady stream of people resigning or being let go, low staff morale, focus on quantity vs quality of care, company seems to be in trouble financially, I became very uncomfortable with decisions being made and what was requested of therapists.
