Pros

the employees are good people and seem to stay with the company for a longtime. But there is little room for advancement because of the slow pace of retirement. It is a little polical there too.

Cons

lack of career advancement but the employees are good and seem to stay with the company for a longtime. But there is little room for advancement because of the slow pace of retirement. It is a little polical there too.

Advice to Management

    Pros

I was hired through the JSP Connected program, which allows high school students to work at Edison service centers.
The company is very structured, and I'm considering a career with them during and after college.

    Cons

The balance between work life and personal life isn't very even, some employees are too dedicated and spend more time at work than they do with their families.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work, and avoid forming cliques.
Some managers tend to form bonds with other managers, and not other employees.
