I have been working at Southern Refrigerated Transport full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Nice Equipment, but on the West Coast you're going to get a Bus Ticket after orientation to wherever the last driver abandoned the Truck when they quit.

    Cons

    Pros

The driver managers and all the staff that they operate with are really for the drivers. They will go out of their way to accommodate their drivers. They really listen to their drivers and also implement a lot of ideas that drivers have. They encourage you to come up with a better idea or way of doing things.

    Cons

It might take you moving around on different accounts with different dms to really settle in

    Advice to Management

Keep going in this positive way with the drivers and you will have happy drivers and an awesome bottom line.
