Family atmosphere and very professional

Not a whole lot of opportunities for professional growth

Laid back, friendly environment, willing to train people to improve skills.

Pay and benefits that are below average, within our industry. I hope Williams buys us out, but it looks like Energy Transfer is going to get us according to the press releases. My younger brother works for Williams and they have very strong benefits and pay. I have a friend that works at Energy Transfer and they also have below average pay and benefits.
