I have been working at Southwest Airlines full-time

    Pros

Remains of a once great and unique airline's culture; above industry average compensation package; flight benefits

    Cons

Turmoil and chaos while it searches for its purpose even when it faces fierce competition from born-again legacy carriers; short vacation allowance

    Advice to Management

Share more with employees your vision for the company: What do we stand for? How do we prosper? Make the case what you are planning to do, however unprecedented, will lead us to a better place. What do we do about our culture that the founders established and the company thrived on for more than 30 years?
