I have been working at Southwest Airlines full-time

Pros

Flight benefits, amazing 401(k) matching, many insurance options, and a great company culture. You can tell they really value their employees.

Cons

Vacation / Sick time is hard to discern. The current method that is used to track this time is not very efficient.

I have been working at Southwest Airlines full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Co-workers are really good and they all show hospitality. Job security among top fortune 500 companies. The work environment and dress code are casual. Really good place to work and have fun.

    Cons

Southwest Airlines runs on low cost model, so do their pay to employees. If you want to grow or earn more money than this is not the place for you.

    Advice to Management

Please find a way to increase compensation for employees.

I worked at Southwest Airlines as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great to work with people and had an actual experience project which brought super valuable chuck to learn! This made not only my resume got fancy, but also it was field that expanded my skills that needed in the field. Unlimited Travel benefit was awesome.

    Cons

Travel only applied intern him/herself, not expandable to family members. $13/Hr, no relocation assistance and no insurance offering made me to hesitate to jump in as engineering intern, they were not fun facts.

    Advice to Management

Investing intern won't be not a bad idea!
