Advice to Management

Get off of your power roll. Youth care workers are the bottom of the barrel however, we understand you have power. Talk to the clients to find out whats really going on rather than always assuming they are lying. Treat your staff as if they have a brain rather than insult their intelligents. Get way more organized the government funds your program, no excuses for unorganization

    Pros

You get to travel and help immigrant youth and their sponsors. Pay was ok. You can also get to drive different cars while you're out on assignments. Motivating newsletters and group activities.

    Cons

Heavy case load with not enough training on how to manage that case load. They try to over work you and overtime pay is not always available. No pay raises unless you get promoted. They are not family friendly.

    Advice to Management

Do not try to over work your employees and you should have more opportunities for a pregnant woman to stay employed there.
