-Great training for free
-Good networking

Cons

Everything depends upon the group you are recruited in. You can still make a lot of money in a negative group, but there is less of chance you will want to come back. Or you can make close to nothing and want to come back if you had a group of really encouraging people surrounding you.

    Pros

Southwestern Company could give you your most productive summer ever in your entire school life. It is like an intense training on attitude and mentality. Many people experienced personal growth after finishing even just one summer. The harder you try, the more you get out of this job. The skills you may acquire from this company are applicable to many aspects in life.

Focus even more on preparing the selected candidates mentally before sending them to the bookfield, or even before sales school.
