I worked at Southwestern Advantage as an intern (More than a year)

    Pros

Some of the best leadership and management training you can find for a college age student. Surrounded by a culture of highly motivated peers that want to see you succeed and reach your full potential. More than just sales, they want to see you grow personally. Create life long friendships with people that will be successful within their respective career fields.

    Cons

100% commission based. If you work hard and are highly coachable you will succeed. 80 plus hours a week for 13 weeks, but the reason it is tough is because the results are worth it. If you can't work 80 hours a week it's not for you.
