Pros
Sovereign Health is a company which is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to its patients and their families. Having worked as PA to Sovereign's CEO, Dr. Tonmoy Sharma for over 10 years, I can say, categorically that the company puts the welfare of both patients and staff as its highest priority. Senior Management are always ready to listen and consider input from staff. The Working environment is pleasant and friendly. The work is busy, involving and interesting and employees are encouraged to learn about the business and progress through the company. I wouldn't want to work with any other company.
Cons
The only downside, for me, is that I am currently based in the UK and therefore miss out on staff get togethers. However, I have made many friends amongst my colleagues.
